Covid 19 Medal scam. 90k "recipents" wondering where is the medal?? PAP can advice?

Only released the names of 10k recipients made up of PAP elites like Li Hongyi in Dec 2022 saying that the remaining 90k will be announced at a later date

The 90k others like front liners who are not part of the elite still have not been named even 4 months after the original list came out.

but they didnt actually get the awards in the end since PAP only praised 10k names which only consist of their elites and forgotten about actually awarding the peasants
