Most of these IT people are grossly overpaid and have an arrogant and cocky attitude , so its good to see them wake up their ideas .
They do the same backroom job as accountants, auditors, real estate mangers, administrative staff, in house lawyers, ect2 but are paid so much more.
Any country that used to face a so called shortage of IT staff has itself to blame as even polytechnics type of institution can produce enough of them for any economy.
The dotcom bubble from 1999 to 2002 should have taught many a lesson and paying ministers the highest salaries in the world also no use as they are unable to prevent the so called shortage and forsee the present surplus
