Seek PAP MP help(no use). Complaint SAF doctor LTC Rank to professional board and MOH(case throw out).
Anybody you know of got such experience. Please advice me what to do next

"Advice" is a noun.

You have to go before the SAF Medical Board in order to be downgraded from combat fit to PES 3 or 4. Having the gahmen to pay for your medical expenses is another matter.

Knowing the PAPpies, it will be a tough task appealing to them for help, as we die or get into trouble it is our own problem. They only look after themselves and their FT pets. Peasants are of the lowest priority (no matter what they claim) and do not get free lunches, as many plates of char kway tiaw are already reserved for the gahmen and their million dollar minitoots, which "are a bargain".
