He will apologise to the Chinese of British legalizing Opium trades back in 1840s, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_Opium_War which drugged millions of Chinese with opiums, then invaded and colonized Hong Kong (British occupation of HK) after the 'Opium War'.

How's that for 2010? Looking forward yeah! ..... hahaha
