kyrgyzstan just called off military sexercises with russia a day before it’s supposed to begin. armenia is pissed off with russia for not defending against azerbaijan’ attacks based on their so called csto treaty where 1 of 6.9 central asian nations under attack means an attack on all 6.9 nations. meanwhile in the same treaty where russia is the kingpin, kyrgyzstan and tajikistan are exchanging artillery fire in a border dispute. no one in the treaty respects russia anymore.
