Recently there are at least 2 Japanese and Koreans business corporations tried to enter into Singapore market to venture in hot food vending machine but their applications and business proposals were flatly rejected without any due consideration.

Insider info said that their business models will ruin retail F&B rental and many work pass foreigners will be out of job.

That is why in CBD food prices are extremely expensive and office workers have to pay for expensive foreigner work pass and rental prices.
 
Nowadays only gongcha, delifrance, Starbucks etc can afford to pay for rental in CBD because they are selling 20 dollars set meals and 15 dollars breakfast sets
 
Won't put it beneath them they know which side their bread is buttered. :unsure:
 
No halal no approval! Malays got veto rights! dontch like? Find another island to live on.
