What is the offence for using someone else address

Just received a confirmation letter from ICA bearing the name of an Indian who had registered with ICA for change of address using my address.

Just received a confirmation letter from ICA bearing the name of an Indian who had registered with ICA for change of address using my address.

He probably thought he bought your place. In india the housing agents just points at a home and sells it .The new owners can move in a week later.

Keep your fingers crossed a week from now.
