Kishore has been speaking a lot about China/Chinese but I always wonder what makes him an expert in this area?
He is neither an ethnic chinese and (from public records), have never served in China, Taiwan or Hong Kong.
As far as I know his philosophy degree is not in chinese philosophy/politics/culture/history or language.
Can he read and write in Mandarin or even speak any Chinese dialects?
