In Chinese use very little preposition words and one word 前 is flexible to use in many ways just add one more word in front of 前 or back of 前 change the structure and grammar.
Go get Chinese grammar book or site to learn it...

It is hard to employ foreign worker who can speak English well, its not their main language
So fellow Singaporeans ... bear with it, after some time in SG, they will learn our basic lingo
In the meantime we need to ask ourselves, do Singaporean want her job & her salary ?
