Upon further research, 福清话 is also not same as 闽南Hokkien although all in Fujian.

So Kwek, Kuok and Kwee are all Hock chew or hock chew related surname for 郭 and successful people like Kwek Leng Beng call themselves and identified as Hokkiens. Looks like Hokkiens got no 郭。
