KNN We do it so often during our army days during shooting but we don't even know the right word for it....Engrish is such powerful. :laugh:

everytime change or get re-issued with new rifle must zero weapon. rule lumpar 6.9 for rifleman.
 
I think scissors-jump is a sibeh siong genuflect exercise. I remember my legs wobbling after a few sets and cannot walk in a straight line for quite a while.
 
But have you even use the word in your whole life?:biggrin:
actually hor, “kneeling” position is the right term to use in marksmanship. there’s “high”, there’s “low” like in buy high sell low. “genuflect” is used by both anglican and catholic churches or the engrish court as they demand worshippers or royal subjects to “bend the knee” to accept soixante-neuf treatments in their rear ends. have used it once before, like in “highfalutin.” you bend low, you high fart.
