One significant difference is the eyes.
They are big and vary in colour and shades of blue, green, gray, hazel and brown.
Whereas a majority of the Chinese, Japanese and Koreans have smaller eyes.
Some have ugly small eyes and single eyelids.

Lighter shade looks better than darker shade. :cool:
