That is why Putin will lose this war. He was too kind hearted and gave instruction not to hurt a single civilian. Which army allow civilians to protest against them, scold “fxxk you”, chat with a passer by, entered into negotiation before even launching an all out assault. The Yanks are the masters at winning wars. They use the most lethal weapons they have at their disposal at the onset. They bomb hospitals, schools, old folks home. That is the only way for a quick victory. Given the considerations he had, plus the desire to still reach a peace deal with NATO (which is a really bad idea)… he should have just gone to church.
