The Enemy Is Within

Face the truth, THE ENEMY IS WITHIN. If you blame and complain, then you still believe the enemy is on the outside. And then you remain unhappy. The enemy has always been inside you. Thinking the enemy is on the outside is the main cause for you to remain in Samsara. As long as you look for the enemy on the outside, your enemy remains safe on the inside doing it's damage.
The enemy, your true foe, the cause of all pains, the master of deception is the SELF CHERISHING MIND.
Jesus died on the cross, Buddha became enlightened under a Tree.
We are still here!!
Destroy self cherishing mind.
Mother Teresa helped the world.
I can't even help myself.
Destroy self cherishing mind.
Mother Teresa saw everyone she helped as the body of Christ.
I see everyone as the devil out to get me!
Destroy self cherishing mind.
Buddha said love everyone.
I say hate them.
Destroy self cherishing mind.
Buddha and Christ said forgive them for they know not what they do.
I say they do know. Get them!
Destroy self cherishing mind.
Buddha and Christ are wrong, I am right.
Millions love them. No one loves me.
Hmmm??? Destroy self cherishing mind.
Buddha taught the enemy is within ourselves, hence these teachings are the Dharma. If the enemy wasn't inside, there is no need for Buddha. Getting rid of the whole world does nothing for the enemy inside you.
If the enemy was on the outside, we should all be walking Buddhas. If your enemy is on the outside, then move to the moon. All your problems should be solved.
Your true enemy WITHIN is the CAUSE OF ALL YOUR UNHAPPINESS. Because the enemy is on the inside, hence Buddha taught Dharma to transform the mind. Realizing the enemy is on the inside, stop blaming others. All outer enemies arose from the BIG BOSS ENEMY on the inside. Get rid of the boss, and others scatter.
