No restaurant has yet sold Jap style fried rice 'cha han'. All the modern hipster atas fried rice are variations of your typical hawker zi char fried rice.
There was one Jap restaurant which sold authentic Jap 'cha han' at Hong Leong Shopping Centre, too bad that was demolished and the Jap restaurant is no more.

It's sad lah, profit over quality. I respect food artisans who perfect their craft progressively. I will buy even it costs $15 a plate if it is a true artisan fried rice.
