Remembering our dearly departed NETSCAPE browser

I have been using Firefox and Thunderbird for years. But I was not aware their beginnings can be traced to Netscape.

They are the children of Netscape/Mozilla.

There are other clones of Firefox: Pale Moon and Waterfox. Using the same code but minus some of the bad changes in newer releases of official Firefox.

Thanks for the info. Yes, all open source browsers. As a matter of fact, I find the latest Firefox to be less stable and less user-friendly. Hence I much prefer Brave these days, it blocks a lot of rubbish as a default. Will check out the ungoogled chrome you mentioned.
