This works like a VPN? Means you become untraceable?

All it does is change the settings so that you are now using Google's DNS to direct you to a website instead of using the ones provided by your telco.

When you use a DNS that is run by the PAP and you ask to be directed to the sammyboyforum.com server of course they'll say "you can't go there so we are not going to tell you. Instead we are going to send you to a page that scolds you for being immoral.

So all the setting does is send you to Google and they will have no problems pointing you to whatever site you want to go to because there is no banned list on their DNS.
