ANTI-CECA is not about racism. It is about protecting jobs for the local-born.

Of course must remain open for foreign tenants, not foreign talents...

Bring more foreign tenants...

Truly remarkable that all WP MPs dissented to the motion.

Protecting jobs for locals is a basic duty, but for dictators it is a non-issue since there is little or no political cost involved when you sell out your own people.

So what remains are two main tactics:

Paying lip service about actually protecting jobs for locals but in reality doing fuck all.

The easier and more convenient method would be to introduce a 'strawman', play the 'racism' or 'xenophobic' card. By hijacking the 'moral high ground', you can shut down any criticisms of your traitorous policies. Putting labels on 'counter-revolutionaries' isn't anything new.
