Giving customers $50 for a pair of their old Levi's jeans is a fantastic deal, thought STOMPer Az.

However, the misleading ad was actually a promotion for a one-for-one exchange.

The frustrated STOMPer says:

"Do you think this Levi's promotion is clever or just misleading?

"Reading the big print, I thought we were going to get $50 cash for any pair of old jeans.

"But it was actually for a one-for-one exchange for a Levi's jeans, at $50 off. So u still have to spend.

"It wasn't until I thoroughly asked the salesgirl that she finally told me it wasn't an exchange for cash.

"I just feel that Levi's is already an established brand and there's no need for such misleading promotions."

Ah yes. Stomp.com

the national representative site for mentally challenged retards.

If stomper just use a few of her brain cells, assuming she do has some, she herself said 'Levi's is already an established brand', she thought Levi finally become a karang kuni buying old stuff  !!

From her pic, already can see a small star, denoting some T&Cs attached to the $50 'giveaway'. If an offer is too good to be true, it usually is.

All these $50.00 are gimmick!
Do you think Jay Gee the co will giove $50.00 for your old jeans they must be
stupid or the consumer are stupid!

Look if I am the distributor for Levi I would do the same sales gimmick
Cost fo Jean $20.00
Return old jean $50.00
Now my jean retail at $140.00

The distributor still make a hamdsome profit from the $90.00
minus cost of goods $20.00
Profit margine $70.00
