They are of the Same Race. Their Average IQ are around 80++. That is why their countries in terms of Economics, HDI, etc are almost the same. Maybe I have to differentiate people from Papau who have even lower IQ.

All countries are easily predictable based on their Average IQ. You don't expect Arabs or African to progress further ...
