Their KPI is $ related eg how to hit vaccination target to open up to all and sundry and does not include making life easy for locals .
If anything their aim is always to make locals work harder and longer hours for lower pay whilst welcoming foreigners with red carpet.
The strange thing is that locals seems to enjoy this and keep reelecting them-so I have totally no sympathy for these old folks as they are the ones who elect the PAP.
