He probably renting that landed property that he's staying now. That area is Maliki's ward. Flora Road neighborhood. My ex parents in law house is around there. Apart from one or two Malay families, I haven't not seen any other Mats owning a landed property in that neighborhood. But for condos, there are quite a number of Malays who are residents there.
