I think the medical colleges and regulatory bodies for medicine are also a big hindrance fo innovation in medicine.
But doctora have too much vested and not rich enough to dare to fuck fhe regulators like Musk.
If I had $5m. I would fuck my medical licence and throw it away. Then start making videos and think of kits to do DIY doctoring.
Work with generic pharma companies in India or China to provide medication people cam buy through amazon or ali express.
Of course all this if i did now would land me in hot soup.
