If you prefer a drier version of the Bedok North Hill St CKT, this Eunos CKT could score a hit.

my only beef with the Eunos CKT is this- their sausage not very good quality, too powdery when you’re chewing it.

If he can switch to a more decent lupcheong, would be good.

These days, there are some ckt stalls which don't even put lupcheong anymore.

Get chicken or beef sausage. Not too sweet.
 
worse are those who don’t even use lard :eek::eek::eek:

Don't use lard they should not even call it ckt imho, instead call it stir fry kway teow or something else............
