My two cents. They started out as an online store, and ventured into retail. Big mistake, because rental, staff salaries, etc are killers. Empire building is pointless if one becomes poorer. The idea of stocking and promoting locally made products is a good idea, because there is no shortage of people with creative flair but with no outlet. The fucking owner also chose to cheat. And then there is covid which fucked everyone over.
