don't understand a thing she says on the phone, sounds like a lot of RRRRRRs.
Now starhub start using them.
It is really that bad. I had a few encounters. Starhub and UOB are using them. I can't understand them, simple words also have to get them to repeat SO MANY times, ended up I have to ask them to spell it out for me. Nowadays when I come across locals having great service, I really appreciate them.
