Isn there a policy whereby such services are only for those proven disabled? Like need proper medical cert for disabled sticker for cars?
If you are elderly and slow, most airlines will accede to your request of wheelchair. It is disrespectful to ask elderly to proof their handicap.
 
Whenever I check my 80+ year old parents into a flight, the SQ counter staff will ask if they need wheelchair. My parents will decline... a bit traditional... they are like 人好好的干嘛要坐轮椅

The ah neh family who stay on the second floor at my block not only take the lift up, they also take the lift down.
 
There were 8 Indians at a construction site. 7 of them were giving instructions to the 1 newbie on his job. In my company, we have a little sales office in India. I soon found out, out of the 12 Sales staff, 8 were managers and 4 were non managers.
The same scenario in every sg govt agency, except all the non managers are contractors. :unsure:
