It's easy to be finance ministar, just dip into reserves when you need money but warn others not to plunder the reserves. Ownself steal eat.

It was the gross missallocation of capital since 20 years ago that led to dipping into reserves. Panic twice already, once in 2009 and again in 2020. Truely Fucked Up.

He comes from that corporate giant Shell that has no creative culture because their product sells itself, being produced from cheap crude. You don't have to be smart, intelligent nor productive to sell oil products. He is just overrated due to his elderly demeanour and white hair lending an air of intelligence.
