Is he really worth that amount?

What will happen to the malay guy he replaced? Forced to sell burgers?

SG should forget about kacang puteh SLeague and bring back Malaysia Cup action.

With proper facilities and coaching, you can buy young prospects, develop them and then sell them to a European club for huge profit.

It's much more profitable than the various 'strategic investments' done by Ho Ching.

For sporting excellence, the politicians must not be involved. It's a hard habit to kick, typical of totalitarian shitholes. Case in point: China. If China were a democratic (civilized) country, it would be a football superpower.

The reality is... disappointing.

Not possible for malay player. In europe, they cannot adapt to the lifestyle, the food, the climate, feel homesick, and not used to the physical nature of the way others play football., using body contacts etc.

Football was invented by china. Chinese cant play soccer well and they knew and give up and focus on others. The malays cant even win china soccer team let alone china.

Football is just for bookmarkers to win money and hope for many kelong matches. We will never know the real scene. Can order a 7m per year soccer player to play off form purposely.
