In all honesty, don't you feel that Changi Airport is behaving like SMRT venturing into retail? They seem to lose focus, build JEWEL lose money, now even want to fight with local retailers for dining business during this tough time.

I thought China did a brilliant job fighting Covid? They even had a celebration event in Wuhan.

The largest numbers of overseas travellers in Dec, was from China, not India.
Because we are hosting the World Economic Forum in May, our policymakers could be in denial mode.

The Japanese are strictly limiting foreigners (including business travellers) to avoid disrupting the 2021 Olympics. Take clue from Japan's measures, I recommend that Changi Airport should be as strict as Japan for the first quarter of 2021, so that World Economic Forum meeting will not be affected in May.

I think the downtown area will be under lockdown and traffic restrictions in May 2021.

The UK variant is causing a global increase in covid cases too coz it is a much more contagious strain. Of coz we all know that there are many Brit Indians. Jialat! Really hope and pray the vaccine works! Even businesses in economically solid Switzerland are going bankrupt too.
