That's a good point. So many online sales, offering much better prices than retail prices at shopping malls and they offer free delivery right to your doorstep. Nowadays, just go to the malls to try on the clothes for size, then order online makes more sense.

U have to be a real idiot to start a retail shop in the modern day of e-commerce.

The only exception is..... if you are selling
- highly expensive shit. Like an Omega watch, Rolex.
- a lifestyle (e.g. Starbucks or any cool cafes that people can hang around and pretend to look cool)
