Fight or Flight!
Everyone who has anything to say about our response to challenges of these times uses this example to describe how our ancient brain responds to challenge.
They forget to mention the third option…
FREEZE
You cannot run away; you are in lockdown of some kind.
You can’t fight it; you can’t see who to fight
So, what remains, …
FREEZE

This is the most difficult stage to get stuck in.
Why? Nobody can advise you what to do in this reality. We were never taught to.
You feel like a trapped animal.

YOUR EXISTENCE IS UNDER THREAT AND ALL YOU CAN DO IT TO SIT THERE AND WAIT FOR THE NEW NORMAL TO ARRIVE. NOT A PROMISING POSSIBILITY.

You probably have webinar fatigue by now as does your credit card.
Your unread book collection is growing daily, you know the amazon delivery person by name.
Your “device” is complaining, it is getting full.
“Freeze is hard”
because you don’t know what to do while the stress level ratchets up every day.
You hate the question:
“what you gonna do?”
YOU DO NOT HAVE THE ANSWERS
AND ANYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF DOES NOT HELP!

WHAT YOU CAN DO.

A great start is to read a book by Viktor Frankl, “Mans search for meaning” He was sent to the concentration camps in the second world war. While others went mad or became collaborators to survive, he kept going by controlling his thinking. His famous quote is:
When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.
Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.
This quote had helped me to speed up my own transformation into the kind of person who could live in the question, when there is no obvious answer.

THREE THINGS YOU CAN DO FROM TODAY:
Manage your vitality
Everything is energy, right?
We have got that by now.
Energy is expressed in frequency of vibration… right?
Right…Even Einstein said so,
We have to believe Einstein… I mean.. really

VITALITY IS YOUR ENERGY BATTERY.

You use the charge from the energy battery every day, all day.
Life enhancing energy charges your battery and Life diminishing energy drains your battery.
SO, THE SECRET TO MANAGING YOUR ENERGY AND LIFTING YOUR “VIBRATION” TO A HIGHER LEVEL IS TO EXPERIENCE AS MUCH LIFE ENHANCING ENERGY AS POSSIBLE.
LET’S CALL IT LIFE PLUS (+) AND LIFE MINUS (-) -

A quick aside here:
That ”thing everyone is talking about now is of an extremely low frequency about 5.5hz. It ”dies” at 25.5 Hz.

THE SCHUMANN FREQUENCY TODAY IS AROUND 27.4HZ.
(That is the earths frequency)
Earth itself is responding to the going on.
Interesting huh?
Earth is lifting its own vibes… who are we to argue.



Life Diminishing Frequencies:

Every frequency below 20 Hz is life diminishing.
Places of low vibration (below 20hz) are: Hospitals, Assistance centres, Jails, Undergrounds etc.
Low vibrations are associated with
· Pain
· Fatigue
· Fear
· Irritation
· Superiority
· Rage
· Noise
· Hate
· Humiliation
· Shame and guilt
· You when you are fighting ….
To mention a choice few.
These frequencies all hover from 0.1 Hz to 6.8 Hz
No wonder you are knackered at the end of a hard day of struggle, irritation, noise and dealing with the collective arrogance.

And here is the good news TA DAAA
Practice these to lift your frequency and annihilate that “thing” that perishes at 25.5. It also charges your vitality battery.

· Gratitude (150 hz)

NOW IMAGINE THE POSSIBILITIES.

How do you do that?
These simple and doable practices will lift your vibration.


· Give some love
· Smile – yes really… Your entire body responds.
· Blessings – bless someone, just do it…. You will see. If there isn’t anyone around to bless where you are, bless the plants or the cat.
· Thanksgiving – Say thank you and mean it.
· Play – remember when you were small? Playing made you come alive. Do it now, even if you are “old”
· Painting – but be careful not to make a mess, and don’t paint the house unless you have agreed on the colours.
· Singing – Put on some happy music and sing along. Try Bohemian Rhapsody and do it LOUD.
· Dancing – Yes, I have thrown my 1.95 meters and 125Kg around the house to the beat of my favourite headbang music and it works.
· Meditating – of course. But don’t turn it into a competitive sport trying to control your mind. It isn’t going to work. Go with the flow and allow “spam thoughts” to flow by like a leaf in a stream (or come do a Meditation Coaching Sessions - Shameless punting)
· Yoga – if you must, I mean can…
· Tai chi – As above.
· Walking in the sun – naturally
· Exercising – to the degree of your comfort.
· Spending time in Nature

The only bird that will peck at an Eagle, is the crow.

It sits on its back and bites its neck. The Eagle does not respond or fight with the crow. It doesn't waste time or energy on the crow.

It simply opens its wings and begins to rise higher in the sky. The higher the flight, the harder it is for the crow to breathe. Eventually the crow falls due to lack of oxygen. Stop wasting your time with the crows.

Just take them to your heights and they'll fade.
