Why no more scissors-jump in N-Ass ?

Anyone knows why this was banned ?
During my N-Ass days in the 80s, the mention of doing scissors-jump by the PTI immediately striked fear in our hearts.
I vividly remember doing this torturous exercise and it literally caused our legs to wobble and none of us can walk straight after that.

If they can dropped chin-ups, shuttle run and broad jump for IPPT, strenuous stuff like scissors jump will obviously be scrapped. But what I am not happy about is why didn't they scrap it back in the 80s/90s?

Damages the knees. It's just gravity + lunges.

Pull ups are one of the best exercises to train the whole upper body. People should do them regularly, even if the IPPT doesn't need them anymore.

KNN from my uncle's experience he concluded that those that chargeable to db are with a different nature than those with violence kind KNN eg my uncle saw a few db cases like driver accident malingering or fucking rude behaviour with orhweesir over non violence incidents KNN whereas those with mental tekan and violence doesn't end up in db becas the instructors themselves are afraid of exposing it themselves KNN
