At this moment, nobody has a majority. Even munyiddin is scared of no confidence vote in parliament as before this, he got a one or two seat majority. Losing one or two votes is easy.
Theresa May in UK needed the Ulster unionist to maintain her majority in parliament.
Current Boris johnson does not need them. So he is not bothered about a open Irish border after brexit.
Similarly, muhyiddin needed sarawak party, umno, parti islam for backing. They can ask whatever they want and he will give it to them.

Mohideen has to go ,sooner or later

his biggest mistake was to break up Bersatu or there was high chance of Bersatu replacing UMNO as the biggest party in the parliament ; at least that was Dr M plan

ultimately one of the malay based party must take a lead to get the malay bank votes ...DAP nor PKR has any chances it seems ,I am not talking about Anwar as a factor ,I am talking about PKR as a multi racial party does not sit well with the Malay voters

so ,it's goona be a very very fluid in the parliament as almost all parties involved in a coalition aims for the biggest pie

hence a coalition will never work in malusia

and I doubt UMNO itself can a form.a simple majority in any future GE
