SINGAPORE: Six new COVID-19 cases were reported in Singapore as of noon on Tuesday (Oct 20), said the Ministry of Health (MOH).
This brings the national total of COVID-19 infections to 57,921.
Among the new cases are two locally transmitted COVID-19 infections, both of whom reside in dormitories.
There were also four imported cases and had all been placed on stay-home notice upon their arrival in Singapore.

How many are actually sick?

COVID-19 is at least 5 times deadlier than flu for hospitalized patients

Hospitalized COVID-19 patients were also at higher risk for 17 serious health complications, compared with flu patients.

What a load of crap. More people are dying from influenza than from Covid. If it was so much more deadly it would be the other way round.

In Sweden where no masks are required total deaths now compared to the same time last year are way lower.

Add to that the fact that very few patients are hospitalised in the first place and we can all see that Covid-19 is no big deal after all.
