And distribute the weapons to a lot of smaller and vulnerable Muslim (Pakistan Afghanistan, maybe African or other Asian countries), Arab (Syria Libya Lebanon Yemen Egyptian popular parties) and anti Western countries (like Norkies, Venezuela, Cuba etc) to upend the 'balance of power' introduced by the West.
