This indicates how removed Sinkie are from nature , bats are generally fruit eating creatures ,in my teenage , shot guns were licenced and I had gone hunting for flying fox aka fruit bats in Sinkieland , huge buggers that glide from tree to trees and it was eaten after hunting

ever heard of Harum manis ? It’s a green mango from Indonesia which is actually ripe and sweet , so how do villagers know it’s ripe and good ? They let the bats do the job , whatever the bats pick than that’s the one ..in fact Clinton in his visit to Indonesia was offered a bat bitten harum manis , of course the bitten bit cut away

animals are best at selecting fruits , and they keep away from toxic fertilised lots , for eg musang , if it visits any fruit tree and it’s guaranteed the best ..eg musang king durians

now , you often don’t see bats in banana palm , simply because Bananas takes a hella a lot of time to ripe by itself , what you buy are plucked raw and ripened artificially

Back then salt water crocs roamed nearly all the river tributaries in Jurong, Tuas. In fact my old office near to Tanjung Keling, that stretch of waterway still have few crocs hiding underneath the waters.
