[Video] - Hiker gets stalked by a cougar (not Gin, a real cougar) for over 5 mins

I read the comments on the gram. very exciting... he was out jogging and only had his water bottle on him.

he had approached the cubs and the mama cougar was defending the cubs. and apparently everytime he looked back or tried to pick up a rock, that's when the cougar would try to pounce on him.

dam good video.

it was only at the end when he finally managed to pick up a rock and threw it at the cougar that she turned and fled.
Yes, a good video indeed. And great running commentary. Still, he should've brought his pistol. The wilderness in Utah (and elsewhere) isn't really safe. And he shouldn't have disturbed the cubs.

yalor. must stay clear of any single mom cougar with her over-protective instincts.

Leopard preens and cheetah preens are not the same. But both boomz.

jaguar which shares almost the same skin as leopards, is south american. but they are heavier, sturdier, and bigger. latino milfs (ultimate man-eaters) with jaguar skin should be prowling around and hunting for men in the neighborhood.

That figures why this cat was provoked

I figure why the cat chose to attack every time he bends to pick up the stone whereas cautious when he stood up is ; I understood that predator cat size you up for Attack based on your height , hence every time he bends he becomes smaller in the eyes of this predator ...this is the sort of information I gathered in Africa where children are taught to walk with a Long stick giving them artificial height when they do walk on jungle tracks

perhaps , this could be one of the reason why we once were Homo erectus , subsequently turned Homo sapiens

yes sounds like an episode of Nat Geo wild. Just glad neither Animal nor Human were harmed.

going by natural selection, it does make sense as taller sapiens out survive the shorter erectus.

it might even explain Napoleon complex as short sapiens try to compete against tall sapiens by becoming bigger assholes.

yes 2 strikes against him, but he lives to tell the tale. the karma police spared him this time.
