I think we have to understand the assumptions of the survey being carried out:
1. The foreign talents are genuinely talented, not faked talents and being employed just because cheaper than local.
2. The foreign talents here are really transferring their know how to local.
3. The foreign talents are really better than our locals.
4. Singapore really do not have or shortage of these foreign PMET.

I suggest the surveyor has to be very objective and wider coverage so as to gather a more representative data and convincing conclusions.

I really do not know the how many people here could accept and be convinced of the result concluded.
