Their parking charges are exorbitant. The food court is dying off. A lot of stalls has closed.

Unless they do something about it. It's going to bleed to death.

They are losing money each day the Jewel opens.

It's a good place for Instagram whores. I've seen them remove their mask, take a photo or selfie, then put on their mask again. They do it in various places e.g. in front of Wheeler's Yard. :roflmao:

still remem the good old open air carpark, park there then cross the road to the T1 staff canteen hidden at the end, walk down a short staircase, the food was cheap and good

Ya...last time the T1 canteen was great. But now the stupid dual pricing for staff and non airport staff plus the lowered quality is fucked up.

Can't have low SES eateries remain... not enough rent for the cronies to collect.

Dafug?! Jewel is crowded like Corona was a thing of the past!

That waterfall costs a lot of money to operate. It could be sucking five tons of water per minute upwards, and then let gravity pull it down. Not very environmentally friendly,

Several Hongkie property developers are slowly getting out of China, but that stupid Capitaland is still heavily invested in China.

Li Ka-shing Plans to Sell More Mainland Assets

Many factories are closing shop in China too, moving to Vietnam, India and other countries.

It will be a glorious day when China's economy decouples from the USA and the rest of the world. Those twits who sincerely believe that China will 'dominate this century' might actually kill themselves.
