100% car fault or 50:50?

Both are fucked up.

I see some people cross zebra crossing without looking at the incoming cars.
 
driver not rooking wen reversing ... pedestrians oso not rooking wen walking ...
 
90% is the pedestrains fault cos the driver has certain blind spots as the rear mirrors only focus on side of the car, not middle. The pedestrains also fucking funny. Both walk like it's a park.
