Nope, you can say that about wuhan but not the rest of the world as many places impose strict measures to prevent it from getting worst and if without these measures, the situation will be even worst. Also, the virus can evolve and won't stay as it is. So even if you are able to recover from the initial wuhan virus attack, No guarantee that you will still survive it's evolved virus after living off from human infection.
The strict measures are an overkill and cause more deaths from other causes. This will be evident when a stock take is done when all this is over. In the meantime don't be so pessimistic. The virus is very mild in most and it is estimated that 80% of most populations already have T cell immunity.
Even if the virus does evolve future episodes will be a lot milder.
The numbers may sound scary but if you look at them as a percentage of the overall population of the world they don't even register.

136,000 have died so far in the last 24 hours as I type this message. Less than 5% are because of Covid-19 and the number is dropping rapidly.
