If i am not mistaken, allah is god in arabic. Christians, and muslims use the same word.

Arabs use that word allah, which is based on the Jewish word 'Elohim' and the Aramic word 'alaha'. They are description or titles of God, not the name of God. But people use those words so long that they think name is title and title is name. Of the 3 main Abrahamic religions, only islam does not use 'Yahweh' because it does not know of Yahweh as God's name.
