If you can convince Li Ka-shing to sever ties with the CCP and establish supportive relations with Steve Bannon and gang, Cantoland has a very good chance of being an independent country after the fall of CCP.

Why did he die at this critical time? Is it too much stress?
Anyway the dam is very big, so it is not very likely that the dam will collapse.

The dam should have never been built in the first place. Good riddance. :poop:

Latest report from Chinese dam experts, even nuclear bomb could only damage the Three Gorges Dam it will never collapse.

Li ka shing is on bad terms with the CCP.

Li ka shing is on bad terms with the CCP.

Li Ka-shing is the same as the CCP; he cares only about his wealth and the wealth of his descendants. He cares no shit about his fellow Cantonese and continues to rip them off with high property prices. But he better be careful the CCP suddenly confiscates all his land. 中国共产党就是你家财的土匪。The CCP can win over the young people of Hong Kong by just confiscating all the wealthy property developers' land (the four big families) and proclaim they are going to build cheap affordable public housing for them. LOL!

Hong Kong's richest man Li Ka-shing defends China's plans for security law

Billionaire tycoon Li Ka-shing said in a statement Wednesday that "it is within each and every nation's [sovereign] right to address its national security concerns."
"We probably need not over-hypothesize it," he continued. "Hopefully, the proposed new law can allay the apprehension Beijing's central government felt in Hong Kong, and from thereon, a positive outlook can begin to prevail."
Li, who is nicknamed Hong Kong's "superman" and until 2018 led the CK Hutchison (CKHUY) conglomerate, first made the remarks to local news outlets, according to company representatives.

CK Asset may be eyeing a shortcut to replenish land bank with its role in Goldin restructuring, analysts say

  • Li Ka-shing’s flagship may be eyeing both Goldin’s assets as well as those held by its billionaire chairman Pan Sutong
  • CK Asset only owns 4 million sq ft of land bank, the smallest lot among major developers, compared with Sun Hung Kai Properties’ 58.9 million sq ft
