I see your point, but I think you are mistaken. There is no comparison between China and middle east. China will thrive even more once the CCP is gone. Folks from Hong Kong, Taiwan and the anti-CCP elements within China are more than capable of managing the country and spearheading economic growth. And think of the avalanche of investments going into a democratic China. A China that is accepted by the world as a democratic, economic power. People will be wanting to go into China, not the other way around.

This is exactly right. China did not prosper under the CCP, until the CCP lifted its boot off the necks of the Chinese people, and left the Chinese people alone, relatively speaking. The CCP boot that once again is descending to oppress the Chinese people shows that the CCP misunderstands how and why China developed.
