Barr is a piece of shit. However, this speech is clearly the work of multiple government agencies, and reflects a fundamental shift in understanding within the US of the PRC. About time; I’ve seen much of what he describes—theft of IP, the whole country approach of the CCP, up close and first hand. The CCP is like a triad that has the resources of a nation to further its goal of amassing wealth and power.
