They do not require SAF. Its not a poor nation. They will be in the worlds top ten economy soon.
Their soekarno hatta airport is so much busier than changi. With a third runway already operational.
They can easily buy a used cruise vessel and convwrt it into a floating hospital. But there is no need formthat as they do not suffer from typhoons like philippines or china.their main grouse are earthquake and volcanoes.
