There's no death in nature only new life and only our own perception and fear that there is death. Our cells dies all the time and new cells are form all the time.

But we're programme to die after a certain age due to our own self limiting beliefs we believe we're getting old and senile by 70~80 or so and our cells will start to begin suicide or die more than reproduce to follow our wish ^^ think about that !

Even in scripture that people live to around 900 yrs and slowly we degraded to this present stage..... It's all in the mind or beliefs. I totally believe in programming and auto suggestion, an innate action of mind over matter when i healed myself of High Cholesterol of 320, acute gastritis and chronic rheumatism 5 years ago at roughly mid 50s.

Through meditation, Chi-Gong and Tantra. Especially Tantra when we learn how to have internal full body orgasm which is none spill and the balanced and extremely high energy of creation is retained and used to heal the self. It sort of resetted my dna over a short period of time. :P

My comments are far from nonchalant. I'm just being a realist.

Many members of my family have died in the last 10 years and none were because of the Wuhan virus. One died of sepsis, another from skin cancer, a third from a motor accident and two more from breast cancer.

Personally I have been lucky so far. I've survived, mumps, measles, a severe case of influenza and many close calls.

Death lurks around every corner. If we cower in fear we'll never get out of bed.

All I'm trying to do is to put things into the correct perspective. Covid-19 is no worse than the flu. People should just get on with their lives.

You are right on every count. Death is merely a poorly constructed human concept, cell apoptosis occurs all the time and it is cell apoptosis that give rise or our fingers and toes else we would have webbed fingers and toes.

Our hairs are dead cells, outer layers of skin are dead cells, and so many of our cells “die” from the begining of conception to the days after we breath our last.

If scriptures are to be believed that folks used to live to 800-900 yrs, it is perhaps because the earth was a much cleaner, purer place then. I agree self limiting belief is possibly a causal factor in our life expectancy, but more impactful reasons are the environment we live, the food we eat, our lifestyle choice, and the DNA we inherited from our parents.

Bravo that you managed to heal yourself I am sure in addition to your meditation, chi-gong and tantric sex, you also made a lifestyle change. Eating well, resting/sleeping well, etc. When given proper care, our body can heal itself.
