Loading and unloading are done by the storeman... If loading and unloading take hours, the driver just stay inside the cabin and relax qhole day.

For loading and unloading the whole container only, are automatic locked and unlocked the spockets and driver drive off with the main front truck only.

Shd take up this work if u like travel and better than Uber or taxi jobs which have to kenna compliant by bad mouthing bastards .....
