One highrise office tower wld hold 20,000 workers and they hv basement parking lot converted into recreation facilities, pubs, pingpong tables, snookers games, and more impotantly jackpot machine games rooms to recoup some costs....

In the middle of the tiwer block cam also convert into games room, massage palours, suana rooms, swimming pools, canteen or fast food centre.

At the rooftop they can grow plants and gardens, rest and see skyview and feel at home...
